1 .Treating Infantile Convulsion and Epilepsy

Infantile convulsion is a disease usually seen in infants of between 1 and 5 years of age, marked by sudden onset of convulsion accompanied with loss of consciousness. Epilepsy is a disease characterized by episodic impairment of consciousness and convulsive seizures, mostly due to impairment of liver, spleen and kidney with adverse rising of wind-phlegm. Pearl powder has a lot of free calcium ions, so it can help body to regulate and secret itself (8,9,10,11).

 2 .Treating Insomnia

When some people have insomnia, it is deficient for calcium in their body. Pearl powder can supply for calcium because it also has free enough calcium ions (5).

 3 .Treating Blepharitis

It reduces inflammation of the eyelid due to retention of the fire-evil in the body attacking the eye (5).

5 .Delaying osteoporosis happening

6 .Dropping risk of hypertension and heart attack

Due to a lot of calcium ions, it can relax and toughen blood streams especially coronary and general arteries. If calcium ions is poor in blood plasma, bone is forced to release calcium ions to balance. At the same time, bone also releases cholesterol in blood plasma. Supplying for enough pearl powder can plummet cholesterol released. Moreover, calcium ions reduce blood streams too tense (8,9,10,11).
